Innovative suppliers we work with

allmanhall proudly partners with upcoming market innovators, bringing ethical and sustainable products to the market. These are just a few producers that we have supported the growth of:

Fairfields Farm is an independent, family-run producer of hand-cooked crisps, made entirely on-site using potatoes grown and stored with renewable energy. By fertilising crops with digestate from their anaerobic digester and using water from their own reservoirs, they’re leading the way in low-carbon, sustainable farming.

Rubies in the Rubble transforms surplus fruit and veg into award-winning condiments, tackling food waste through innovative, circular solutions. Their approach not only reduces landfill impact but also supports a more sustainable and responsible food system.

Farrington’s produces cold-pressed rapeseed oil on their family-run farm using LEAF Marque-certified, no-plough farming that protects soil health and stores carbon. Their farming methods improve biodiversity while delivering a fully traceable, seed-to-bottle product.

Redefine Meat uses advanced technology to create plant-based meats with the same texture and taste as animal protein. Their high-impact innovation in new-meat helps reduce both carbon emissions and water usage, and supports more sustainable, future-focused menus.

Eat Curious is a plant-based food development company dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to the foodservice industry. They are committed to creating delicious and versatile products made from just three ingredients –  minimally processed, free from the top 14 allergens and with a good nutritional profile.

Wildfarmed change lives and landscapes by producing delicious, healthy and regenerative flour and bread. They grow grains on their Wiltshire farm without chemicals or pesticides, restoring soil health and boosting UK biodiversity, supporting resilient farming systems, and delivering better-quality bread for a more sustainable food future.
