We perform cost saving analysis with regards to food, processes, labour, utilities and small expenditure. We can also help with managing food waste, stock, asset controls and more.

Housekeeping

Advice on cleaning and housekeeping. From sourcing the right products to supporting your service / contractor needs, we will start with your specific needs. We enable compliance when it comes to the current heightened requirements.

Tender Management

Our experienced buyers and negotiators will work on your behalf to review contracts and manage tenders. We will act as project lead should you require  and will even help scope your initial tender request or RFI – we’re here to help.

Budget Management

Our in-house CIMA-qualified accountant draws on expertise and experience to offer training to empower you to manage your budgets in an efficient and effective manner.

HR & Training

We can help with delicate staffing issues including restricting catering management, production and service teams, finding the right people and even designing training programmes.
